The indicated rates are per apartment and given number of persons with a minimum stay of 7 nights (weekly price)
CHECK IN and CHECK OUT: On the arrival day, the apartments are available from 2 p.m. and on the departure day we kindly ask that you leave the apartments by 9:30 a.m.
In addition to the listed price we have to add the tourist tax of Euro 2,80 per night per person up to 14 years
Pets: we apologize that we can not accept animals
Your booking is valid just after the receipt of our written confirmation, as well as the deposit of 30% of the total cost has been transferred.
Payment: we kindly ask you to pay in cash

Cancellation policy according to Article 1382 ZGB (Civil Code):

In the case of a cancellation by the guest or the person who made the booking, during the period between the 60th day of the agreed day of arrival and the actual day of arrival, the guest is liable for payment of the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation between 60 days until 8 days before the day of arrival: 70% of the agreed total price;
Cancellation of less than 8 days before the day of arrival: 100% of the agreed total price.
Regulation in the case of early departure of the guest:
In the case of anticipated departure, posticipated arrival or no show, he/she/they is/are liable to pay the price for the actual stay, as well as total of the agreed price for the remaining services not used.
